Dr. Puschinsky attended Texas A& M University, College Station, Texas ( Bachelor of Science; Biomedical Science, 1985) and Baylor College of Medicine, Houston Texas (Doctor of Medicine, May 1989) and Emory University Affiliated Hospitals, Atlanta, Georgia, (Department of General Surgery 1989-1990); Junior Resident 1990-1991; Junior/Senior Resident 1991-1994; Chief Resident 1994-1995.
